Shelina is a highly motivated Learning and Development professional with 20+ years of experience leading large scale Learning Organizations. Prior to starting her own consulting practice Shelina was the Director of Global Retail Training at Apple where she was responsible for leading a team of 45+ Design Leaders, Instructional Designers, Program Managers and Production Specialists to support the skill development needs of over 60,000 Apple employees globally.
She held the Head of Learning role at Walmart eCommerce where she was instrumental in building the company’s Talent Development Organization and Strategy. She spent 13 years at Gap where she held various learning roles including being responsible for the design, development and implementation of Gap Inc’s Core Leadership Development Program.
Shelina has earned the reputation of being an expert master facilitator and is passionate about creating positive change in peoples personal and professional lives. Her areas of focus include, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Situational Leadership, DiSC, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Training, New Leader Assimilations, Coaching and Communication Skills.
